Refund policy

At SUNSHENGNAN,we strive to provide our customers with the highest quality products. All of our items are carefully inspected before they are shipped to ensure that they meet our standards. However, we understand that there may be instances where you may need to return or exchange a product. Please read our policy below for more information.

Returns
We do not accept refunds for any reason, such as not liking the item you received or the size being inappropriate. Be sure to choose the right size before placing an order. All sales are final and we do not accept returns unless the product is defective or damaged. If you receive a defective item, please contact us within 7 days of receiving your order. We will require photographic evidence of the defect and will assess the situation on a case-by-case basis.If a defect is confirmed, we will further discuss solutions with you.

Deduction Rules
A 50% handling fee of the actual order payment will be charged for returns.

Consumer Rights for EU and EEA Customers
If you are located in the European Union (EU) or the European Economic Area (EEA), you are entitled to the following rights under the EU Consumer Rights Directive (Directive 2011/83/EU):
Consumers residing in the EU and European Economic Area (EEA) are entitled to a 14-day cooling-off period (right of withdrawal). All returned items must be kept intact in their original packaging, unused and undamaged. Custom-made products, unsealed hygiene products and other special categories are not eligible for the right of withdrawal.
How to Exercise Your Right of Withdrawal

Kindly provide your full name and order number; the reason for return is optional. We will send you a confirmation email upon receipt of your withdrawal request.

Refund Processing
We will process your refund via your original payment method within 14 days after receiving the returned goods. Return shipping fees shall be borne solely by the buyer.

All returned goods must remain intact in original packaging, unused and undamaged. Custom-made products, unsealed hygiene products and other special categories are excluded from the withdrawal right.
Consumers are responsible for all direct mailing costs incurred for returns. Return parcels must be clearly marked with customs labels stating "Returned Goods". You shall retain original documents proving the export of goods from the EU, such as the original export customs declaration and commercial invoices.
